I started my journey to better health with Leon recently and I must say definitely well worth it.The training program,... nutritional plan and advice/ encouragement I get from him weekly has been awesome, even if he taps into the psychological side of things. Leon is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, yet so very humble. He’s motivational, passionate, disciplined, always... looking for ways to improve, but most importantly, he ingrains these same qualities in the athletes he coaches. I have only been training with Leon for a few weeks but already noticing change. I love the weekly check ins as it... helps keep me stay accountable and on track. The program is great especially for people who work full time and need some flexibility with their training. Leon is always there to answer questions along the way, and super fast at responding.
