I just want to talk here about little Jules… I’ve worked with Julie now for 6 months,I never ever claim that results come easy,or instantly.In natural bodybuilding it just doesn’t,but it does and will happen and can be much easily maintained. This is the result of dedication,tracking macros and heavy weight training like dead lifts, squats and bench. While moderate cardio is done by Jules,70%of her weekly training is heavy training,the same training as a male. There’s no reason why the 2 sexes should train any differently. Julie is a light weight,around 50kg, but throws weights around harder then most I know. Moral here is, THERE IS NO QUICK FIX people, results and goals happen through hard work, dedication and discipline,which Julie Waller fits all the criteria. So proud of you Jules!
