Here’s some strong advice!!
losing weight is the easy part, keeping it off is sometimes more of a challenge.
To overcome this, once you reach a weight goal you are happy with, generally you will find your food intake is relatively low. To overcome bouncing back to your old uncomfortable weight, try very slowly adding back in car’s/food to keep your metabolism increasing so it can tolerate more food.
This may be in the steps of only 5-10g of carbs weekly, it’s a slow and steady process but its the only way. Slow and steady wins the race.
